These terms cover your use of the The BinBusters website and any bin cleaning service provided by THEBINBUSTERS LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website, requesting a quote, or booking a clean, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

THEBINBUSTERS LIMITED, Company No. 16438642, registered in England & Wales. We trade as “The BinBusters” and operate in Newcastle upon Tyne and the surrounding areas.

2. Booking & service schedule

Our standard service is a recurring deep clean of your domestic 240L wheelie bin, on a frequency agreed at booking (typically every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks — bespoke frequencies available on request). Once you're signed up, we visit on the day after your council bin collection. We aim to keep to schedule but reserve the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather, vehicle issues, or customer availability. We'll let you know in advance if a visit needs to be moved.

3. Access to your bin

You don't need to be home, but your bin must be accessible to us on clean day — either left at the kerbside or somewhere you've told us in advance. If we can't access your bin, we'll attempt to contact you and reschedule where possible. If the bin has not been emptied on collection day (e.g. a missed council pickup), please let us know so we can adjust the schedule — we cannot clean a full bin.

4. Payment

Pricing and payment method will be confirmed at the point of booking. There are no long contracts and no hidden fees. If a payment fails or is missed, we'll pause your service until it's resolved.

5. Cancellation & pausing

You can pause, skip, or cancel your cleans at any time — just let us know. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice before a scheduled clean so we can adjust our route. Cancellation within 24 hours of a visit may still be charged at our discretion.

6. Photos

From time to time we photograph bins we've cleaned. With your permission, we may use anonymised photos on our website and social media. You can opt out of promotional use at any time by contacting us.

7. Liability

We take care on every visit and carry appropriate insurance for the work we do. In the unlikely event of damage to your property caused by us, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and put things right. We are not responsible for pre-existing wear, damage, or issues unrelated to our cleaning service, or for missed visits caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Website content

All content on this website is the property of THEBINBUSTERS LIMITED or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose our content or photography without prior written consent.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Material changes affecting active customers will be communicated by email.
